Our classes are held in 1 of venues. You can choose between Play in Glasgow City Centre, The Hermitage in Bishopbriggs and The Bridge Inn in Baillieston.

We currently teach 2 courses an Introduction to Pole and Continuation Pole,
The Introduction to Pole Course
Our Introduction Course is a 4 week course aimed at those that have never tried pole dancing before. This course will teach you some basic moves and give you a good basis to move onto our Continuation courses. This course will help you start to build your strength to enable you to achieve some of the more difficult moves in the continuation courses.
It is advisable to book in advance as we have a limited number of spaces in each class (either 6 or 9 depending on venue).
Please choose the day and time of your courses carefully as this will remain fixed for the duration of your 4 week course. If you are unable to make a class, With prior agreement with Lynette and subject to availability you may be able to attend another class that month.
The Continuation Pole Course
Our Continuation course is for those that have tried pole dancing and want to learn more. This course covers moves right from Beginner to Super Advanced levels. Our continuation courses again run in 4 week blocks with a choice of 4,8 or 12 1 hour lessons in each block. Continuation courses are your way of gaining the heavenly pole accreditation of either bronze, silver, gold or platinum. These accrediations are hard work to achieve but we will help you every step of the way and they are well worth the hard work as you''ll be sure to have fun along the way.
To book, go to our Shop and check the upcoming dates at the venue of your choice. You will be required to pay a deposit of 50% to reserve your place and the balance will be due to be paid in cash on the first night of your course.
