How much does it cost?
All of our 4 week Introduction to pole courses cost £40 for the 4 weeks . Our Continuation pole courses cost £40 for 4 hours, £60 for 8 hour or £70 for 12 hours per 4 week cycle Private lessons cost £40 per hour but a discount is available if booking for more than 1 hour. Pole parties cost £30 per person.
Don't forget though we offer some special discounts throughout the year, so always check our Special Offers page to keep up to date with latest offers.
What Should I wear?
Shorts/Hotpants and T-shirt/Vest are best as you will need a certain amount of skin exposed to grip the pole. You should also bring with you a pair of heels.
Please ensure that you remove any jewellery before the class starts as it may scratch either you or the pole.
Do I need to put oil on my skin before class?
NO! Please do not apply any body lotions or oils at least 24 hours before a class as it will make you and the pole slippery which can be dangerous to yourself and others. This includes moisturisers and fake tans.
How old do I have to be?
The minimum age for classes is 16, however due to licensing laws some venues require us to set a minimum age of 18. If you are under 18 and would like to take up our classes please contact us for more details on suitable venues
There is no upper age limit.
Do I need to be really fit, slim and young?
NO! Pole dancing is suitable for anyone, of any age and any level of fitness or body shape. You can work at your own pace and to your own ability. Your will find that if you stick with our classes that your fitness levels and strength will progress as you advance through the levels, obviously different people will advance at diferent rates and you can can progress at your own pace.
I've never done any dance classes before can I still take part?
Absolutley, Our classes are aimed at those that have never done any dance before. If you have then you may find this will help you progress a little faster, but it is not essential to have a dance background at all.
How Many Students are in each class?
For our Introduction to Pole courses we have limited numbers so that there are never more than 3 students per pole in any class. This means that some classes will only have a max of 6 students in the class, with other classes having a max of 9 in the class. This ensures each student has plenty of time to practice on the pole and still gets plenty of time with thier instructor.
I booked to attend a course but am now unable to, can I have a refund?
Unfortunately all of course fees and deposits are non refundable. If you have been advised by your Dr that your unable to attend due to a medical condition then please contact us to discuss this.
