These one off sessions are a perfect opportunity for you to come along and try out a class before deciding if you would like to sign up to our Introduction to pole course.

 

Sessions last for 1 hour and give the opportunity to try out some of the moves you learn in the 4 week course as well a ask our instructors any questions you might have.
