Our 1 Off Taster classes are aimed at those that have never tried pole dancing before but don't want to commit to a full course until they see if they like it first.
We give you the chance to try out some of the moves that we teach in our introduction to Pole course. You will also have an opportunity to ask your instructor anything your unsure about.
These are held periodically and not on a regular basis so watch out for upcoming dates and get booking asap
